I’m sorry if this has been brought up or beat into the ground but I just completed my SIXTH run through of t2cc tech quest and ALL fragments!?! It should NOT be this difficult to get a full catalyst!

Is this not an issue being worked? Working as intended to try and force people to pay the 150 units for them? Smh
