Lag issues in AQ

Hi hows it going i was last to join AQ in my BG, as i joined i zoomed out to look up the map to see where i needed to go, then there was a loading lag, i answered a phone call while it was loading then my phone died. When my phone was charged enough, my alliance mates told me i had gone the wrong way, when i opened the game up again i was up at the junction after first miniboss in Map 5.
Now we wont 100% complete the map,
Can my alliance get some compensation for the lag?

    Lag in AQ is really annoying...especially during fights !!!
