UK alliances running map 3s only...do you need a player? :)

Taking a brake from serious alliance indefintely. Want an alliance that only run 2-3 easy maps 3s maximum a week. Ideally running 3 BGs and completing the maps most of the time to get the rewards. But with the view that it's not the end of the world if we dont complete (ie no pressure to use units / resources). Running wars if people are up for it.
Generally for fun rather than as a way of life ha. It's great just to be in alliance for the help requests and alliance event rewards.I've always just cleared paths not mini bosses, so I'll leave that to the specialists. However Ill happily have a good crack at the final boss.
Just want to chill and may stay that way after an intense last year I do like some banter so preferably looking for an older crowd that so I don't have to worry about the odd swear word lol(no school or college kids that keep dropping out/that I have to watch my language with ha).
