Signature Ability: An Axe To Grind
Every 6 Seconds, His Mode changes.
When Carnage is in Endangered Mode, He becomes Invisible for 15 Seconds and Unbreakable for 8 Seconds at the start of the Fight.
When Carnage is in Danger Mode, He gains +5000 Attack Rating and +3500 Armor Rating at the start of the Fight.
When Carnage is in Protected Mode, He Gains 3 Fury Buffs and Immediately starts the Fight regenerating +950.15 Health over 6 Seconds.
When Carnage is in Attack Mode, His Camouflage Suit is Undetectable to Spider Sense and Evade and has 100% to Degenerate Opponents by -800 per 1 Second over 5 Seconds at the start of the Fight.

Every 6 Seconds, His Mode changes:

These abilities are different from the Signature Ability.

Endangered Mode: +70% Evade and -200 Bleed Damage over 9 Seconds

Danger Mode: Regenerate +250.89 Health for 16 Seconds

Protected Mode: 80% Defensive Ability Accuracy Reduction and 2 Fury Buffs, increasing his damage by +489.65 per Buff.

Attack Mode: Degenerate Opponents by -390 every 2 Seconds for a total of 8 Seconds and Poison by -400 for 6 Seconds

Carnage becomes Invisible also on his L2 Attack.

Savage Symbiote

When Carnage has 2 Fury Buffs, The Attack Damage increases with each 4 Hit Combo that he Completes.
If Carnage has Less than 2 Fury Buffs, The Attack and Critical Rating is increased by +1500 depending on the Mode that is active.

Endangered Mode: +1500 Attack and Critical Rating
Danger Mode: +950 Attack and Critical Rating
Protected Mode: +525 Attack and Critical Rating
Attack Mode: +300 Attack and Critical Rating

Symbiote Regeneration:

Every time Carnage performs 2 Dash Backs, Regeneration is Triggered.
Dexterity also triggers Regeneration.

1 Dexterity Buff + 2 Dash Backs: +680.45 over 6 Seconds
2 Dexterity Buffs + 4 Dash Backs: +1360.90 over 8 Seconds
3 Dexterity Buffs + 6 Dash Backs: +2120.35 over 10 Seconds

Passive:

Bleed and Poison Immunity
Fury: 3 Stacks at the start of the Fight then 2 additional Buffs over 3 Seconds.
In Attack Mode, he is immune to Evade.

Specials:

1: Bleed, Poison, Degenerate

2: Invisibility, Poison, Fury: 1 Buff

3: Degeneration: -250 over 20 Seconds, True Strike, Stun: 5 Seconds

    Yeah this isn't going to be put in game, infinite regen with no downside, degen even though nothing about carnage should give him degen, symbiotes can be poisoned so he shouldn't be poison immune. It looks like you put a fair amount of effort into this but it just isn't really well thought out
