Classic Daredevil (Netflix too probably) still missing after heavy

Hello, just fought with Classic Daredevil against classic Spiderman in AQ today.
Twice my Daredevil uppercut missed after Spiderman's heavy flip (in a fight that lasted around 30 hits) so seems pretty consistent.
Please investigate.
