Where did my rank down gems go?

I was looking through my champions after finally pulling Archangel and had finally decided who to use my rank down gem on so that i could take him to 5/50. Instead i found that my rank down gems are gone. All of them. I haven't used any of them but they are all gone. Anyone know what is going on?
