Please, advice me, when I should push this button of death?

    You should never push it. Just do nothing. Do not push it. Keep it in your inventory, and forget about it. Soon (maybe in a day or two) you will get a message from Rocket Raccoon, saying "thanks for keeping my button, and here are some rewards".
