Quick Question.....

Has the team discussed anything on the release of older champs being released as 5 stars yet? Scarlett Witch, Doc Strange, Black Bolt, Wolverine, Gamora......etc.... have they even talked about it? Is there a reason why we haven't had an answer about this? Just wondering. There are much more powerful champs released since.

This really needs to be addressed there’s no way a potential 5* wolvie or SW would ruin the game if ur bringing out 6*s

First off, how would you scale their signature abilities. you can't give scarlet with a 100% chance to trigger those abilities. You can give wolverine an 8% chance to regen 10k hit points. just two examples but just making the point that their signature abilities don't scale past what their 4* versions do already.

These champions were never designed to go into the 5* pool as a playable champion. so, adding them as 5* would mean something that no one ever wants, and that is nerf them. No one wants that. That would infuriate many many people.

so be happy with what you have.

Nah they have to add them, main marvel characters don't even have a 5* variant, while other champs people never heard of until here are 5*.

If I was Marvel I would be angered at A list champs not getting a 5*, especially when 6*s are coming in.

It's stupid they don't, that's like saying Blade and SL or Hyperion are too good, so all the 5*s are deleted and will stay as a 4*

Adding them would unbalance the pool for 5* crystals. They need more **** champs in there than good/god tier ones. This gets people frustrated and drives GMC crystals up.

    Gamora maybe a 6*

There’s a reply in the feature crystal change thread, still no plans to add any of them as playable 5*.

The question is not if they are going to be added, the question is why not, and it is addressed at the mods, not the players.

Aren’t 5* SW and Wolverine available in the quests as opponents? How did they scale them?

    Sig99 SW: 90% chance
Wolverine: no idea but I guess identical to the 4*

Luckily you're not Marvel. Champs that are too overpowered do actually break the game. Their 4* versions are strong enough to be used in almost all endgame content, there is no need for them to be available as 5* champs right now.

And for all we know they will be in the 6* pool. No one ever said that they would never be 5* or their highest star righting would be 4. The only thing that was said is right now there are no plans for them to be made 5* right now.

They are not overpowered, i certanly don't use SW in anything because of how unreliable she became after the nerf. There are a bunch of way better champs than them that are 5 star, so they wouldn't even come close to break the game.

Scarlett witch and wolverine are still a no

    For good reason.
Wolverine has the 2nd best healing of the game... sure he has to be awoken for its full effect but still OP.
    Scarlett Witch... Just OP.
One of the easiest Nullify champs, low health high attack. Power steal, lock and drain as well as regen and an OP SP2...

    sw SP2 << spider stark sp2
wolverine regen <= blade regen (and blade has like much more skills going for him)
sw nullify is incredibly unreliable, even more on endgame content. (remember the nerf? she's no longer god tier)
sw power steal, lock and drain all depend on her unreliable skill, i had fights where none of those where triggered, in short words, you don't have control over what triggers.

There are a lot of more powerful champion than them so?
