I run 7-8 times the hard path of the quest and not even a single full formed catalyst
Anyone knows
How hard is to pull one?

    You are doing it all wrong,

    The process has changed ...... Here are the steps:

    1) Clear Right half of the quest

    **********this is very important*********

    2) There will be a popup asking you to buy the Cats for 150 units.

    3) Click on Purchase.

    Else wait for some one to post the word "RNG"
