Cant be that difficult, is it? Can't figure why this additional source of revenue hasn't been implemented...even with all the cries & pleas for such a convenience.

Whats the downside?

Plz, stop refusing to take more of my money.
& plz add a way to save mastery setups (in its entirety, 3 types, or each individually) for quick & easy changes. Or even anything to improve the painfully slow & annoying process it is now. # & frequency of changes made to masteries would increase significantly, across the board (in case its not clear
