Need some advice on Masteries set up.

So I pulled 5* X23 this morning (YAY) and getting her changes my plans for an all Mystic top champ masteries setup. I've decided to keep Mystic Dispertion at rank 4 (for now) and start putting points on Deep Wounds and Assassin.
5* X23 will be my third top champ joining 5* Magik and 5* Ghost Rider. Should I:
max out Deep Wounds first OR
max out Assassin first
Before getting X23 I was originally planning to max out Assassin to help Magik and GR KO faster. But I feel X23 will benefit more from deep wounds than Assassin.
Is there a way to re arrange masteries so I can actually max out both Deep Wounds and Assassin masteries?
