Bishop release

Is there anyway that when Bishop is released with his absorption can it be power? There is no champ who can provide an ability to drain power for a period. Most have specials that can do a portion but no champ has the ability to combat the power gain abilities of a mordo or Hyperion. Can bishop possibly be the answer to that and have a triggered power siphon on debuff or combo type ability?

    Dr Voodoo does that with sp2 when you use it with odd combo meter.

    Once the LC and Rulk buff is out LC will be a counter
