Power Shield dealing damage with basic attacks

in Bugs and Known Issues
Title says it all. Very first move in chapter 5.2 was an ambush with Phoenix. Every hit I dealt her was 0 damage unless it was a special, but every hit she dealt me (whether blocking or not) dealt me damage, even basic attacks
