Champ standing still/not responding

I was using X23 in the Age of the Sentry Event Quest against medusa, and in the very first fight I couldn’t dodge back or block at all she just stood there. Dexterity wouldn’t work at all. Dashing forward was lagging and couldn’t control properly to fight. Is anyone else having this problem this badly? I’ve experienced lag before but never as bad as this.
