Lets get all character ideas here, and only those no other spam, just try to keep it clean and simple so mods could easily read this.

But on the subject itself, came up with few tweaks.

Hawkeye.

The only real use for this guy is L1 cause of the power drain, but add something else to the other specials.

L2: Hawkeye chooses one of his 4 arrow types to deal random effect to target.

Shock: 150% of his base attack over 15 sec +reduces robots ability accuracy by 50% for the duration

Paralyze: Stuns the opponent for 2 sec and lowers opponents power & health gains by 70% for 10sec

Concussion: lowers the ability accurcy of all non robot champions by 40% for 12 sec and all basic attacks has a 3% chance to miss

Incinerate: Incinerates the opponent dealing 120% of his base attack over 20 sec and removes perfect block chance + lowers block proficiency by 50%.

L3: same animation

All arrows has a 60% chance to inflict one of 4 random buffs. Shock, Paralyze, Concussion or Incinerate, these effects cannot stack with each other or the ones from l2.

(Meaning no 2 shocks nor 2paralyzes nor 2 concussions nor 2 incinerates)

War machine.

L2 replace armour break with incinerate

Incinerate: Incinerates the opponent dealing 120% of his base attack over 20 sec and removes perfect block chance + lowers block proficiency by 50%.

L3 armour break, bleed and incinerate

70% chance to armour break, reducing the opponents armour by 2500

70% chance to incinerate

70% chance to inflict bleed, dealing 100% base attack over 2,5 sec

Sig ability: Readies all weapons in his arsenal everytime he loses 15% of his max health, gaining 6 stacks of fury, and 6 stacks of armour. Max stacks for both is 6.

1 Fury increases attack by 11% of base attack

1 Armour buff increases armour by 500.

Each hit he deals he loses 1 fury.

And each hit he receives has 90% chance to "nullifiy" 1 of his armour stacks.

No need to add LC or Rulk here since they are already being buffed
