Role Reversal - Infinity Class

I have a question regarding the role reversal:
If the opponent has the infinity class, this would normally mean that he has an advantage over all classes.
But when role reversal is applied, it should mean that now he has an disadvantage against all classes. Is that right?

I think that's how it worked but I didn't pay any attention to how much my champs were doing without any advantage or how much I did against the collector

    Unfortunately not.

The way the Role Reversal Buff is handled is basically just boosted stats behind the scenes to offset the disadvantage and push it in the other direction. The "Infinity" Class ignores this, and they maintain a Class Bonus always.

But if role reversal just redirects the boosted stats then why doesn't it redirect it the other way? Is it just another case of, that's the way it is because it helps you too much? Like isn't collector crazy enough already?

    Thanks for the answer.
In my eyes it would be more logical when this benefit (or the hidden stats) would be pushed in the other direction, too.
