Mordo astryl evade

Perhaps I just don’t know what a debuff is but in Mordo’s bio it says his astryl evade won’t work if he’s under a concussion, fatigue or debuff. I could have sworn that bleed, poison, armor break, stun and incinerate were all debuffs? Just to name a few. Perhaps I’m wrong and need some educating on what a debuff is bc according to this his astryl evade shouldn’t work while under a debuff. Could I get some clarification on this please?

    Is just a typo. It should be "Concussion or Fatigue debuff".
    The team is already aware of it
