Blade and Stark Spider-Man Synergy

The synergy between stark enhanced Spider-Man and blade increases the potency of blade’s danger sense. Does this only increase blade’s attack or does it also increase the ability accuracy reduction he places on his enemies that he has danger sense against.

It's supposed to do both. It was broken and might still be but I don't know for certain either way.
