How can I get more 4 Star Champions

As mentioned I would like more 4 Star Champions. I am Level 28 and currently have 4 Star Quake and Thor. The rest of my Champions which I use in missions are God-Tier or Demi-God-Tier but only 3 Stars which makes it impossible for me to do the event-missions in the hero mode. Many friends of mine have a lot more 4 Stars with a lower level (such as 5 4 Star Champions at Level 22)
