Looking for a very active alliance. AQ map 5x5 and decent AW players

As the title suggests I've been struggling with a couple issues...
Firstly, I've been finding it difficult to find an alliance where most of the members are as committed to the game as I am. Hopping from ally to ally only to see half the members either don't donate or always get nagged to move in AQ/AW thus failing to 100% map 5 even on the first day due to running out of time...all the while feeling guilty for leaving after I've realised the alliance wasn't for me.
Secondly, I'm still a relatively "new" player with my account being only 5 months old, therefore I've only acquired a small amount of T4CC (currently, 4 mystics, 4 skill, 4 science, 3 cosmic, 1 tech and 1 mutant). As a result, I've been very reluctant to R5 any 4* champs because I am currently saving for blade (I should have 105k 5* shards by then) in Feb so I would rather not R5 a champ that I might possibly pull as a 5* later, especially since I want to concentrate on growing my 5* roster which as of now is 0. For this reason, my prestige is low and it's difficult to find an alliance that aren't focusing on prestige as well as doing AQ map 5x5 (understandably). I'll attach a couple images to show my roster.
To sum up, I have low prestige but I can prove myself that I'm capable (currently uncollected with only 4/40 champs), very active (at university so my time is flexible) and loyal. I'm looking for an alliance that can 100% map 5x5 and do well in war (50%+ win rate) whilst willing to give me a try. I know not many will looking at my prestige but if you don't ask, you don't get and come Feb, my prestige will sky rocket and you would have recruited a strong member!
