    That's a Marvel vs Fox thing not a Kabam thing.

    Papa Disney may have to sort things out.

    Dude what I understand about the problem is that marvel sold it CINEMATOGRAPHIC rights but still can make games with it whole universe like LEGO superheroes or something like that

    So papá Disney has nothing to do, wasn’t sino x men characters before than Disney bought part of fox ?

    It has nothing to do with the actual rights... it's just Marvel being passive aggressive against Fox.

    Marvel couldn't NOT have X-Men and X-Men related characters in their other media due to the popularity.

    Marvel tried to work a deal with Fox over the FF characters for a possible inclusion in the Avengers movies, but Fox told them to eff off.

    So, not soon after that, Marvel canceled the FF comic book (one of the longest running) and subsequently stopped adding them in other media.
