Known Issue: Players Locked out of Master Mode of Secret Empire Forever

Hi everyone! As many have reported and pointed out, players are currently locked out of Master Mode of Secret Empire Forever.

Our team is currently working to resolve the issue, and once we have managed to do that we will also be looking at how this issue may have impacted Legends runs, and how we will address that in the most fair way possible for our players.

Hi folks, just a quick update on this matter: the issue has been resolved for players that were locked out but had not used their key yet. For those that had used their key and were locked out, we will be re-granting the key to you to resolve this matter. We are still working to pull the list of remaining players impacted by this, and expect that the grant will happen sometime tomorrow.

As a reminder, we know this has had an impact on some players going for Legend runs and will be looking at how we can rectify that in a fair manner for our players. We will provide more information on that topic as it becomes available.

Hi everyone - another update on this. We did a grant to the remaining users this morning that were blocked by this issue, to provide them with a new key. This key unlocks Master Mode successfully, and with that it means no one is blocked from progressing further.

Now that we've resolved the matter for everyone, our conversation turns to the Legends aspect of this situation. Once we know more on that, we will let you all know!
