Voodoo and Masochism

Ok so I had to back out of 5.2.3 and go a different path because that voodoo is evil. Gains 10% each time with masochism. Any suggestions for when I try to 100% that level? Also is guillotine any good with masochism, does she reverse the 5% heal with her l2?
