Delay after using special

My champs are standing there after using specials.
The latest I noticed is while using dr voodoo and magik in uncollected quest.
I try dash back but they stand their and take a combo and I’m dead.

Same here, it happens a lot when the AI is nearly dead and I was having a perfect game.
