Should there be a completely separate MCOC Beginner's Secton in the Categories?

I really believe that there has to be a separate Beginner's Section in the categories, apart from just General Categories. This way it will be easier for MCOC newcomers/beginners to ask questions and help from the more veteran players. Veteran players can also share their Beginner's Guide to MCOC if they have any.

What do you guys think?
