Punisher causing crashes?

So.. My game has crashed all but 1 of the times I've tried to use my Punisher all day (I've been using him a lot because he has good bleed and I'm fighting safeguard nodes and stuff) It could be a coincidence but it's not been crashing near as much with anyone else so I feel like it could be connected.
