The master of magnetism wouldnt be at the bottom of the mutants if his magnetism was amplified to 100% ability accuracy reduction, both offensive and defensive.
Magnetism could have far more effects -
1 - Reduced attack
2 - Reduced critical rate
3 - Reduced Power gain
4 - X% Chance to Deflect metal weapons (like Hood's 'Miss' effect).
5 - Deflect all metal projectiles
6 - Increased recovery time for magnetised opponents (would help against super-fast AI)
7 - 50% increased ability potency Vs robots.
8 - Increased potency for X seconds after a special attack.
It would be easy for the villain (red) and hero (white) Magnetos to have different abilities; or different powers of magnetism. It would be nice for red Mags to do something better; as he should be the more ruthless. You could easily justify him having better health, as he should be younger and fitter; or physical armour.
Magneto's magnetism should last the during of the whole fight instead of expiring after X seconds and having to be reapplied. When I fight against a Magneto, the AI's magnetism is permanent. Ours should be too.
