When are the changes be live to cage and red hulk?

Exactly what the title says when will the changes to this Champs go live

    I would be very interested to know this as well. I have not had the best luck with 5 stars so far, and would like to make use of my 5* Luke Cage, if he has improved enough.

    The issue is they are only "possible" changes. They may never get added. Though I personally hope they do as I have old "Pillow Fists" himself as a 5* and would love to have him be more then early/easy arena fodder (anything that is not super easy he is just awful at).

    But yeah I would not bet on this happening... it very well might but what I mean is I would not upgrade them just becasue you are hoping for these changes (I would wait and see if it happens before wasting resources on them).
