I want to rank 2 my 5* Iceman, but I can't do that when I go through the quest 6 times and not get a full catalyst. Like Kabam can you please stop or at least have tier 1-3 catalyst be a milestone in solo events? Because it's annoying when you go through the same daily quests multiple times and get like 20 fragments
