Secret Empire Forever Master Bug

I completed the new even at Heroic for 100%. I got the key to be able to enter it at Master level. I started the Master level of the quest and ran out of energy on the second round of chapter 1 (Scourge of the Underworld). The normal screen popped up with an option to get energy refill with units or ask alliance for help but the strange thing was there was a third option to use the Key that I got for completing 100% on Heroic. I click on the option to use it and then I used a energy refill. I completed the first Ch and it gave me all the correct rewards but it did not have the option to continue to next quest. I click on back to quest and now it is showing that Master level is locked for that quest and it shows I have 0/1 keys to open it. It still shows 100% completion on the heroic level but there is no way to get another key. What the F happened!!!!!
