Unduped voodoo or Angela to 4/55

I have both voodoo and angela at 3/45 And have heard great things about both but whos better to r4 first as neither is duped and would be my first 4/55

I would say Angela because she doesn't need the dupe to be effective, however, from what I've heard DV needs the dupe. Otherwise he's meh
