Mastery Recovery stones

Hey everyone. I'm wondering if those Mastery Recovery thingies are somehow limited.
As in, are there only 5 I can ever use, total? Or can I buy more? Or do they recharge with time, like Duel Credits?
I couldn't find this anywhere else, so I'm asking here before I use them. I actually spent a lot of my points on those first few masteries, only realized now that it was a mistake.

    You can recover your masteries as many times as you want. It doesn't cost anything to recover anymore. You haven't had to use those recovery stones for a while. It only costs when you rebuild but it is free to recover masteries.

    If you go to your items and sell all those stones then it will allow you to reset the masteries for free.
