Champions slowing down and speeding up

So this has been happening for a while and I just never mentioned it. Sometimes I'll be fighting with my champions and their animations will speed up, sometimes so fast I feel like I'm about lose control of them. Then as the fight goes longer they'll slow down. Also it seems with Star-Lord he starts the fights suuuuper slow then his animation speed goes back to normal. It's really weird. I'll try and get video if I can.

Bumping this up to get more eyes on it. I've been reading some discussions and appears people are starting to notice this a lot more.
