Willpower/ Suicides issue?

Is there an interplay between suicides and willpower that means you don’t regen properly if you have both DE and LC? The regen through willpower for a champ that is just poisoned or just bleeding is almost the same as the DOT effect. Yet combined there is a significant shortfall..

    Not sure exactly but I do know the base health factors into the healing as it is percentage based so maybe that's making the difference?

    Poison reduces regen amount, so combined with liquid courage and double edge, double edge will heal less because of liquid courage poison
