Who should I rank up?

I finally got another T4 Mutant class catalyst and need some advice on who I should rank up. I'm torn between X-23 and my Magneto. I know Magneto isn't as good anymore, but he's duped and he was one of the champs I really loved when he first came out. Any comments on why you chose the champ you did would be appreciated.
