Who to use 4* Awakening Gem on?

I have five 4* heroes: War machine, Howard the duck, Magik (thinking of using on her), Venom, and Crossbones. Should I use it on one of them or save it until I get another better hero? And can you tell me which hero that might be?

Thanks guys, ended up using it own Magik. Not regretting it so far.
