Voodoo's even combo power burn not working on debuff immune

This has been an issue for a long time but I don't see many people raising it so I thought I would start a thread. Voodoo's l2 even combo buff power burn does not work against debuff immune something which shouldn't be happening. It also works incorrectly against Masochism one of the buffs being removed as it counts as a "debuff". Champs such as Crossbones can also be granted fury due to it. I can provide photo or video evidence if necessary however, this is an issue and should be fixed ASAP @Kabam Miike @Kabam Vydious .

I don't see anything in those two threads that explains it. I saw no answer in the first thread and I remember thinking wtf to the admin response in the second thread because it says Voodoo's power DRAIN is considered a debuff, which is activated by ODD combo sp2 and wasn't questioned whether or not that was a debuff. However, his EVEN combo sp2 places power BURN buffs on Voodoo and not debuffs on the opponent, yet doesn't work against debuff immune and triggers Crossbones' sig.

@2StarKing neither post answers the question. How can it be considered a debuff when the power burn is a buff?

We're not asking about his power drain, we're asking about his power burn and when it comes to Voodoo's abilities, that's a significant difference.

That response ticked me off when that thread was fresh because the OP asked the same thing we're asking and their response regarded the power drain, not the power burn.

Are you trying to get at the fact that it triggers willpower, therefore it's a debuff? I think that's a bug as well. It seems that his power burn is registering as a debuff in all cases, but I don't believe it should be because it's literally a buff placed on Voodoo. The willpower thing is just more evidence that it's a bug with his power burn and not a bug specifically with debuff immune nodes or specifically with Crossbones' sig or specifically with willpower.

It would be nice to get an actual confirmation/explanation from a mod that isn't about the odd combo power drain.

Not sure how this got in there. Regardless, best hope is to convince Kabam of inconsistencies and hope for future change. Keep in mind the easiest fix is to change the description of his abilities. If I recall correctly this was also brought up when Voodoo was first released... maybe on old forums.
