Suggestions..

I'm getting tired of being screwed over and over again. When I spend money I want to see results. Don't tell me to spend some money for 4 star champs and then give me 2 star. It's not a puzzle and it's not luck trying.
I can't afford to keep spending money on try your luck. I dont want to be rewarded for spending a whole lot of money. I Just want value for money spent.

If you don't want to spend money for those odds don't. I know plenty of free to play players doing quite well in the game. You just have to pick between spending money or being more patient. But I wouldn't spend too many units on PHC's. Save them for potions and stuff you get phc shards all the time anyway.

1) Everyone knows not to use units to buy PHCs. You'll literally have to open 100+ to get a 4*
2) You should know the odds. It's like buying a lottery tickets. You're not gonna win 99.9999% of the time
3) If you can't afford to spend money on trying your luck, wait till there are offers that guarantee a 4* hero (like at the end of chap 3 in current celeb event. you get a guaranteed 4* plus bunch of other items)
4) Be smart

I think you're relying too much on perceived value and need to really take a look at actual value. Then, make an adjustment in your spending. If enough people stop spending, then Kabam will have to re-evaluate the packages they sell...
