So I have assassin mastered. I should be ending fights faster once they hit 18% right? Seems like the last 18% takes longer now the higher my assassin is up. I have deep wounds 3/5.... seems like my bleed champs don’t inflict bleed as often or when they should now. Thanks for taking my money and **** me. I’ve gone whole fights with my x23 and no bleeds came up. Archangel too but yet I had critical hits all the time. And no! I was not fighting bleed immune or noded champs. For assassin.... I spend more time fighting a champ that’s at 18% and trying to take them down than I do starting the fight and taking them down to the 18% mark.
