I have roughly 80 sig stones that I can use on either SL or Starky. Both are 4/40 Duped

    Can you evade? Then choose spark. Can you keep a combo going? Then choose SL.

    Both sig 20 now? SL 50 and Stark 30. Stark's prestige is higher if that matters, but it's not that high so go for ability.

    Both are sig 12. I Duped both thru Arena grinding
