Can't claim rewards.

Hello, Today I've earned a champion tier up item from my alliance rewards, and 1000 5 star shards from the calendar rewards. I was not able to claim either of them :( When I tapped claim, nothing was received and I missed out on my rewards I've earned fair and square. I am very upset About this and i hope it has not happened to anyone else. I logged in for a whole month and didn't get my 5 star shards. Is there any way i could receive these items because i am very upset that I didn't get my earned prizes. Thank you.

    Please respond soon and let me know if i can get my tier up item and my 5 star shards.

    Daily log in rewards auto-claim. If they are not showing up try restarting the game (or it could be you are miss-remembering the amount you had before the 1,000).

    There is no "champion tier up" item among any alliance rewards neither. You must have seen "alliance quest rank up" item, which is not claimable and just indicates that your alliance advanced from beginner bracket to advanced or from advanced to expert tier in alliance quest for next week.
