Asked for Quest Energy from alliance, request cleared, no energy granted?

In game I'm 'rickkraft' with [TWEX2] and I've been watching my Quest Energy sit near zero while my alliance had refilled 9/10 to grant me more energy. Roughly an hour ago (searching forums first about energy refills) my request went away, but it did not seem to give me any energy from it. Could you have a quick look into the issue? I'm guessing the request was filled/went away about 10:30pm-ish Fri Jan 26th. Thanks!

From there, tap on the button that says “Support”. Seek your question, if you’re not able to find the answer and have more questions, tap the button that states, “Need more help?
