Help! How to change email if the address no longer exists?

So I wasn’t thinking ahead and set up an acct on my work phone using my work email. I left the company and no longer have that email, but still play the account. Is there anyway to change the email address now? The crappy thing is I can’t even contact support about it because it requires them to respond to me via email.
