4* cristal not giving pj

in Bugs and Known Issues
Today i have tried to open my 4* cristal and spin it. It kept spining for several minutes and never open even thoe i tab the screen several times. I decided to close the game and re open it and the 4* was not there neither a new pj. I want my cristal back. See attachments.7enk2udke3a7.png
