Updated Solo quests rewards

I asked a while ago if there was any plans to update these rewards and got no response. Is there any plans to maybe increase rewards to add another tier and add T4b fragments and 5* signature stones since 3* are not viable in end game content or even EQ that run monthly in master and uncollected mode.

I actually like this idea, but doubt they would pull the trigger on it. However, if they split the solo events between collected and uncollected then maybe it could fly.
