Champion refresh - Storm

Hey team,
Please consider refreshing Storm. She's actually pretty amazing, but has fallen behind with all the new abilities introduced since the beginning. My suggestion would be to give her a Loa like function that places inert buffs on the bad guys that she can turn into damage with her specials. I thought of her when I was trying to think of a champ that could logically be Shock immune. Okay, almost logically, but it would be a cool feature none the less. Just a thought.
