4s shards disappeared

Hi everyone,

How is it possible that around one thousand of my 4s shards just disappeared??

I had around 1950 shard (with another rank reward of the 3/4s arena I would had a new 4s crystal), but after that I took a reward for the exploration of the sentry map at eroic difficulty (around 100 shards) they suddenly became 1205.

How is it possible?? Please help me, this a very serious bug, I earned that shards with a lot of work and I don't want that my time be wasted. Help me!!!
