Any efforts to improve other class masteries besides Mystic Dispersion?

Could you please provide some info on any efforts to improve other class masteries.
Some of us would like to build a different profile other than the typical mystic dispersion max mastery buildup
I currently have tech collar level 4 and i have no intentions to get MD. However there is no denying that players who invest in other class masteries are at a staggering disadvantage compared to mystic dispersion.
The costs are relatively the same but rewards not so much
It would be nice if efforts are made to help players who do not follow status quo, be as competitive as other players who choose to.
Also this is long overdue and could significantly impact/promote the use of some champs that are currently considered trash.
