Elektra armor break instead of bleed not working

Ok quick question. Electra's bleed is not a 100% chance to trigger on sp 1 I know that. But on a bleed immune if she would have caused bleed does it 100% turn to armor break. On an Unstoppable Colossus it said immune on him but I got nothing. That implys he would have gotten bleed. Can someone tell me if this is an issue they have had so we can inform the team and get it fixed please. This was Thorns and cost me the fight in AW.

    Nevermind an alliance member told me that it is only a chance to armor break. My bad sorry for wasting you time.
