Signature Stone not applying

I've a 4 Star Hyperion ( Cosmic Champion).
I wanted to use a 4* Signature stone on him.
But the game is showing that I don't have any applicable champion. Same problem is faced with other champions. Any suggestions or any answers

No. He is not. Same as every other champions I wanted to apply signature stones

He needs to be awakened for u to use sig stones on him
